Accounts Admin Specialist

·         Responsible for the documentation of approved credit line facilities.

·         Responsible for ensuring the completeness of documentary requirements prior to booking an account.

·         Coordinates with Account Officers/Branch Head, dealers, clients, insurance companies and other government agencies for booking related requirements.

·         Responsible for overseeing the proper and efficient implementation of the registration and annotation of mortgages for all units under loan transactions with the appropriate government agencies.

·         Responsible for ensuring the proper transfer of ownership over motor vehicles covered by expired and fully paid lease accounts.

·         Handles the Mortgage registration and annotation of all units under loan transactions with RD, LTO and other government agencies.

·         Performs cashiering functions for LOFLC and related interests.

·         Performs all other related functions from time to time.

Qualifications:

·         Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree of any field.

·         Preferably with experience in a Leasing/Banking institution.

·         Must have good communication skills (oral and written)

·         Must be willing to work overtime

·         Highly organized and detail oriented

·         Team player and able to multitask
