  • Enter supplier invoices accurately, coordinate the approval workflow, prepare payment information and support timely supplier payments.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card transactions, follow up missing documentation and ensure transactions are coded and recorded correctly.
  • Assist with month-end activities, including reconciliations, data preparation, supporting schedules and other tasks requested by the Finance team.
  • Review and process employee expense claims, check supporting documentation and follow up queries or missing information.
  • Assist with payroll administration and data preparation, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and appropriate records.
  • Maintain accurate finance records and ensure relevant systems, registers and documentation are kept current.
  • Respond to routine account and finance queries and provide practical support across the Finance function as required.
  • Take on additional finance and administration responsibilities over time as the role develops.

About you

  • Previous experience in an accounts, bookkeeping, finance administration or similar role.

  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using accounting, expense or payroll systems is highly regarded.
  • A bookkeeping, accounting or business administration qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Good organisation and time management, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines in a part-time work pattern.
  • Sound numerical skills and a practical understanding of transactional finance processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when handling payroll, expense and financial information.
