EMJC Earthmoving & Plant Hire has been operating since 2008, providing earthmoving plant for hire, heavy haulage and maintenance solutions for the mining, civil and construction industry.

The Role:

With branches located in Perth, Newman, Karratha and an onsite team in Collie, an opportunity has arisen for a casual - part-time Accounts and Admin Officer to join the team based in Hazelmere, Perth.

The role is working either 3 x 7 hour days per week or 4 days per week doing 5 hours per day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Set up new employee records, assist with onboarding, drafting contracts, collating HR documents
• Debtor Collections and following through on all debtor related queries including any required reconciliations
• Data entry into MYOB or other accounting software
• Ad hoc administration functions as required by management

Essential skills and qualifications for this role include: -

• Previous experience with managing debtor collections
• Previous experience and understanding of payroll and employment related documents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with MYOB and/or similar package
