Accounts and Admin Assistant

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Training is provided
• Interview will be at Kota Kinabalu office
• Willing to relocate to Tawau & Lahad Datu

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing support to the accounts team, including data entry, filing, and report generation
• Handling incoming calls and emails, and directing relevant enquiries to the appropriate team members
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
• Liaising with shipping agents and government agencies for documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates with STPM or Diploma in any field are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
• Punctual, honest, and responsible in carrying out duties
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company
