Job Descriptions and Responsibilities Include:-

• Perform accounting and clerical duties to support the company’s day-to-day operations.
• Handle accounts receivable functions, including preparing invoices, issuing receipts, monitoring outstanding payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
• Provide general administrative support and assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries, addressing issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Assist with other accounting, administrative, and operational tasks as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Studies, LCCI, or an equivalent qualification.
• Familiar with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel, and familiar with accounting software.
• Meticulous, responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
