Accounts & Admin Assistant

Responsibilites:

• Handle daily Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and administrative duties

• Prepare SOA, follow up on customer collections, monitor ageing and update receipts

• Verify vendor invoices, prepare payment vouchers, process payments, claims and refunds

• Perform journal entries, bank/vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

• Liaise with customers, vendors and service providers on billing, payment and administrative matters

• Assist with month-end/year-end closing, GST reporting, budgeting and audit requirements
