Accounts & Admin Assistant | Up till $2500 basic + AWS + Bonus

• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8:45AM to 5:30PM, Sat, 8:45AM-12:45PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records.
• Assist with AP and AR functions.
• Process supplier invoices, customer invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and expense claims.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Assist with stationery and grocery inventory control.
• Support staff welfare and administrative matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, ITE in accounting, GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
