Accounts and Admin Clerk

Duties & Responsibilities

Ø Handle and manage multiple accounting entries, month-end closing.

Ø Perform daily transaction and accounts data entry into Accounting System.

Ø Maintain and update necessary records such as invoices and payment vouchers etc.

Ø Check and monitor customers’ invoices / payment issues.

Ø Ensure proper and accurate documents filing.

Ø Responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, administrative tasks and ensure general meeting of deadline.

Ø Liaise with auditor, customers & external parties when needed.

Ø To handle general administrative duties.

Ø To assist on any other ad-hoc assignments.

Competence Requirements:

Ø LCCI Higher / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.

Ø 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

Ø Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Cantonese is an added advantage.

Ø Committed & strong sense of urgency towards the deadline.

Ø A team player with high commitment and ability to perform under pressure.

Ø Comfortable working in a fast changing and growing global environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components.

Ø Good math skills and able to spot numeric error.

Ø Proficient in MS Office Application.

Ø Experience in using Accounting Software.
