Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, invoices, receipts, payments and expenses.
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments and client billing.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Prepare and track purchase orders, work orders, invoices and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers and clients regarding billing and payments.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.
