Accounts & Admin Executive

About the role

Channel Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team in Klang, Selangor. You will handle daily accounting activities while supporting the company’s administrative and office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Prepare invoices, payments, receipts and bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments
• Maintain accurate financial documents, filing and company records
• Prepare letters, quotations, reports and administrative documents
• Coordinate meetings, appointments and general office activities
• Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors
• Assist with audits, tax documentation and monthly financial reports
• Provide administrative support to management and project teams

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with SQL Accounting software is an advantage
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Responsible, proactive and eager to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
