Accounts & Admin Executive

Hao Ren Hao Shi (好人好事） is a non-profit organisation.  Our mission is to support low-income families by providing groceries, and cultivate a spirit of compassion and volunteerism among our youth, families and communities.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high level support to organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.   The role demands discretion, confidentiality, strong organizational ability, and the capability to manage schedules and tasks with minimal supervision. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is capable of handling multiple tasks and supporting various aspects of our organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records

• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents

• Prepare expenditures statement for charities event

• Assist with office administrative matters and provide administrative support to the team

• Manage staff leave records

• Arrange meetings, appointments and other administrative activities

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting role
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with Xero accounting software will be an advantage
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
