Accounts & Admin Executive

Singapore | Full-Time

We are looking for a

reliable, organised and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive

to join our team and support our growing construction business.

What You’ll Do

Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping duties.

Prepare invoices, quotations and payment documents.

Handle accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliation.

Assist with GST and month-end accounting matters.

Manage general office administration and documentation.

Assist with MOM, BCA, work permit, insurance and foreign worker-related matters.

Liaise with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

Provide administrative support to management and project teams.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum

2 years’ experience

in accounts and administration.

Construction industry experience is preferred.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; AutoCount experience is an advantage.

Familiar with Singapore accounting and GST requirements.

Responsible, meticulous, organised and able to work independently.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
