About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who have a good understanding of basic accounts and administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day basic accounting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain records, bills, invoices and other documentation.
• Assist with basic accounting entries and payment-related coordination.
• Support office administration and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors whenever required.
• Ensure records and documentation are maintained accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative processes.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks efficiently.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
