Accounts & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Process and manage employee expense claims and reimbursements.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the Fixed Asset Register.
• Perform daily accounting and administrative duties as required.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Work independently while managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Support other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Minimum CAT, LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• Relevant accounting experience will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidates who are able to commence work immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) are preferred.
