Accounts & Admin Officer

The company and role:

Our client is a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering retail & investment homes across Western Australia. With a growing pipeline of work and long-standing relationships with investment partners and building brokers, they’re looking to add an organised and proactive Accounts & Office Administrator to their team.

The business has been operating for nearly 35 years and offers a supportive and inclusive working environment.

This is a role where you'll be working alongside 2 other accounts professionals with your role a mix of 60% accounts payable, 20% accounts receivable and 20% office admin (filing, data input, answering of incoming calls):

• Accounts payable
• Printing/coding
• Invoice entering
• Creditor/ Subcontractor payments
• Credit card reconciliation
• Bpay Payments
• Payroll (back up)
• Scanning/filing
• Handover packs(keys)
• General admin/reception cover

Your previous experience:

To be successful, you’ll have experience within the residential construction industry and understand the accounts / construction process.
