Your Key Responsibilities

Administration

• Prepare and manage import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, customs forms)
• Liaise with forwarders, shipping agents, and suppliers to ensure smooth shipment flow
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update records promptly
• Manage general office administration including filing, purchasing, and correspondence
• Support management with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Accounts

• Handle daily accounting entries: invoices, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation
• Assist with month-end closing and simple financial reports
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks as needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and admin (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
• Good understanding of shipping documents and import/export procedures
• Basic knowledge of AutoCount and Excel
• Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive personality
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an added advantage)
