Accounts & Administration Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organized team member to handle daily accounts and administration work across several related companies in infrastructure-related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts and payments.
• Monitor customer collections and supplier balances, and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Maintain proper accounting records and coordinate with our external accounting firm for full-set accounts and review.
• Assist with payroll, staff records and general office administration.
• Communicate with colleagues, customers and suppliers to follow up on documents and outstanding matters.
• Help improve filing systems, workflows and company SOPs as the business grows.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking management, colleagues and business contacts.
• Must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Have basic accounting knowledge and be comfortable using Excel.
• Relevant working experience and knowledge of SQL Accounting / Payroll are advantages.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn and able to follow tasks through to completion.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
