We are looking for a dedicated Audit & Tax Executive with prior experience in a Chartered Accountant firm. The candidate will be involved in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST and taxation assignments and will get hands-on exposure to various client requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in Statutory Audit and Tax Audit assignments.
• Perform audit procedures and verification of books, ledgers and vouchers.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit working papers.
• Handle GST return preparation, GST reconciliation and compliance.
• Assist in Income Tax and other tax-related assignments.
• Review accounting records and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with clients for collection of required documents and information.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and working papers.
• Complete assigned work within stipulated deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1to3 years of working experience in a CA firm.
• Candidates with exposure to Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and GST will be preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and GST portal.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Candidates interested in long-term association with the firm are highly preferred.

Education

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.
