Accounts & Audit Executive

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive to support the Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good numerical ability and a willingness to learn.

Role & responsibilities

• Employee Attendance Audit: Coordinate with HR Operations to audit monthly employee attendance, validate attendance records, identify discrepancies, and support accurate salary processing.
• GST & Reconciliation: Perform GST reconciliation, verify GST-related entries, and assist in maintaining accurate records and supporting GST compliance.
• Travel Claim Audit: Verify employee travel and expense claims against supporting documents and company policy before processing.
• Accounting Operations: Handle accounting entries in ERP software, bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash voucher verification.
• Payroll & Employee Settlements: Assist in salary processing, full and final settlements, and related accounting documentation.
• Audit & Coordination: Maintain supporting records, resolve accounting discrepancies, and coordinate with HR Operations and the Manager Accounts & Finance for timely closure of activities.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have -

• Working knowledge of GST reconciliation, employee attendance audits, travel claim verification, and basic accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and coordination abilities.
