Accounts & Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Executive to manage billing, documentation, and basic accounting activities for OOH advertising campaigns. The role involves handling PO/RO processes, invoice preparation, and coordination with internal teams post media confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Purchase Orders (PO) after media confirmation in the system (e.g., The Edge or internal tools)
• Create and manage Release Orders (RO) for campaigns
• Prepare and process billing invoices accurately
• Track campaign duration and ensure proper billing updates
• Maintain and update billing records, trackers, and documentation
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for billing inputs
• Handle creative booking coordination and campaign updates
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Maintain records for audit and internal reference
• Resolve billing discrepancies and queries

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes
• Familiarity with PO, RO, and invoicing workflows
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage
• Good system handling and data management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years of experience in Accounts / Billing role
• Experience in Advertising / Media / OOH industry preferred
• Knowledge of tools like The Edge is an added advantage
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
