Accounts & Data Processing Assistant

Join our team and help ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operations across Papua New Guinea through reliable data management, reporting, accounts support, and online marketing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and analyze financial and operational data
• Handle Direct Deposit (DD) clearance and Accounts Receivable monitoring
• Maintain and update inventory records and system databases
• Prepare reports, including sales, AR, and rewards reporting
• Coordinate with branch accounts and management for accurate data and timely follow-ups
• Support and respond to online marketing activities and queries

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Relevant work experience is an advantage
• Must be willing to travel to Papua New Guinea when required

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Knowledge of data processing and Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Excel and operational software
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, responsible, results-oriented, and flexible
