Job Summary

Ramada by Wyndham Goa Vagator is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in hotel finance operations and working knowledge of IDS software.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial entries.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor reconciliations.
• Perform daily revenue verification and financial reconciliations.
• Verify invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support month-end closing, internal audits, and external audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of IDS hotel software is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
