Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive & Operations Specialist to oversee daily financial documentation, customer communications, and data analysis. In this role, you will manage invoicing and payment follow-ups, maintain organized bookkeeping, and analyze sales data to identify top-performing products and customer buying patterns to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties1. Bookkeeping & Invoicing

• Generate and dispatch accurate invoices for all completed sales/services in a timely manner.
• Maintain complete and error-free bookkeeping records of daily financial transactions.
• Track outstanding payments and actively conduct payment follow-ups with clients/vendors to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts and maintain proper documentation.

2. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze sales and purchasing data to identify top-selling products and high-frequency buyers.
• Evaluate customer buying patterns, order frequencies, and product performance metrics.
• Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards for management to support inventory planning and sales strategies.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer queries regarding orders, invoices, and payments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and client retention.
• Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, or billing discrepancies professionally.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping, MIS reporting, or accounting/operations roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Analysis).
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret raw sales data into actionable business insights.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for payment follow-ups and customer service.

Pay: ₹11,182.26 - ₹17,000.00 per month
