Position: Accounts & Payroll Executive

Experience: 4+ Years

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Handle PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Labour Codes, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare and file statutory returns.
• Maintain books of accounts and perform bank/statutory reconciliations.
• Handle Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Proprietorship Firms, and Private Limited Companies.
• Support internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain payroll, compliance, and financial records.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Labour Codes, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in filing Income Tax and statutory returns.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/payroll software.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Certification in Payroll, Taxation, or Labour Laws is an added advantage.
