Job Overview

We are looking for an Accounts & Payroll Executive with experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, and other accounting software, along with a good understanding of statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.

• Process purchase bills and sales invoices.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Perform bank reconciliation and prepare MIS reports.

• Maintain financial records and accounting documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of accounting and payroll tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts & Payroll.

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting processes.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
