What This Role Is About

Bassline is growing fast, and our finance and procurement operations need reliable hands to keep pace. As Accounts & Procurement Executive, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, vendor payments, cash flow, and purchase coordination across active projects. Accuracy, documentation discipline, and follow-through are the core of this role.

What You'll Own

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record daily transactions in Tally. Maintain accurate ledgers, reconcile bank statements, and support month-end closing.

Cash Flow & Office Expenses: Manage day-to-day cash flow and office expenses. Track petty cash, process routine expense payments, and maintain expense records with supporting bills. Report cash position and upcoming outflows to the manager.

Billing & Collections Support: Prepare invoices, including milestone and retention billing for government and hospitality clients. Maintain documentation for each bill and follow up on outstanding payments.

Vendor Payables: Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery records. Process payments on schedule and maintain vendor ledgers and reconciliations.

Procurement Coordination: Raise purchase requisitions and POs. Obtain and compare vendor quotations, track deliveries, and coordinate with project and site teams on material requirements.

Compliance Support: Prepare data for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. Maintain records for audits and respond to auditor queries.

Project Cost Tracking: Track purchases and expenses against project budgets. Flag variances to the manager early.

Reporting & Records: Prepare MIS reports on payables, receivables, cash flow, and procurement as required. Maintain organized, audit-ready files, physical and digital.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts and/or procurement, preferably in AV, construction, MEP, or other project-based businesses
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent); M.Com, MBA Finance, or CMA/CA Inter preferred
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS
• Proficiency in Tally; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Experience with vendor negotiation and quotation comparison is an advantage
• Familiarity with government or hospitality client billing is an advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
