What they need

About Us

The Atelier & Co is an experiential marketing agency that creates immersive and bespoke luxury experiences – from branded themed experiences, gala dinners, pop-ups, fashion shows, live performances, to private events. The team focuses primarily on working with private banks, luxury brands, and UHNW clients. The team blends purpose, creativity, and meticulous production to help discerning clients connect with those who matter to them in impactful ways they remember and talk about.

The Opportunity

As Accounts & Projects Associate, you will own the day‑to‑day running of key client accounts and projects, acting as the central point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams. You will help shape campaigns, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure every activation is delivered on brief, on time, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

Client service and relationship management

  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients across assigned accounts.
  • Take clear briefs, manage expectations, and keep clients informed with structured updates and documentation.
  • Build trust by being responsive, solutions‑oriented, and on top of every detail.

Project and campaign management

  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of experiential projects: scoping, work‑back schedules, status reports, and risk management.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (strategy, creative, production, digital, PR) to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
  • Oversee approvals, logistics, and on‑site requirements, often attending live events to manage client needs.

Commercial and administrative ownership

  • Prepare estimates, scopes of work, and timelines in collaboration with senior leads and production.
  • Track budgets and POs, manage change requests, and ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.
  • Support account growth by spotting upsell / cross‑sell opportunities and preparing proposals or credentials decks.

Quality control and delivery

  • Safeguard the brief and brand guidelines through every stage of development and production.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed standards and are reviewed internally before client presentation.
  • Contribute to post‑event wrap‑ups, reporting, and case studies capturing results and learnings.

Experience and Requirements

  • 5 - 7+ years of agency experience in experiential, events, brand activation, or integrated marketing (client‑facing).
  • Bachelor's Degree or high from a top university
  • 5 - 7 years of experience managing luxury events
  • Proven experience managing campaigns or events from brief to delivery, ideally for blue‑chip or luxury brands.
  • Professional proficiency working with budgets, timelines, and multiple suppliers / partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting work to clients.
  • Proficiency with basic project management and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, project platforms).

Skills and Attributes

  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong follow‑through.
  • Proactive problem‑solver who stays calm under pressure and during live events.
  • Strong relationship‑builder who enjoys collaborating with both clients and internal teams.
  • Curious about culture and trends, with a genuine interest in live experiences and how they integrate with digital and social.
  • Positive, hands‑on team player who is willing to roll up sleeves to make an activation a success.

Success Metrics

  • Demonstrated revenues and clients growth
  • Client satisfaction and repeat briefs across managed accounts.
  • On‑time, on‑budget delivery of campaigns and events.
  • Quality of project documentation and internal communication.
  • Contribution to account growth (upsells, new briefs, improved scopes).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance‑linked bonus.
  • Opportunity to work on high‑profile experiential campaigns and career‑defining projects.
  • A collaborative, creative environment with exposure to strategy, creative, and production craft.
  • Clear development path towards Manager and senior roles.
