Role Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Purchase Executive to manage purchase accounting, vendor invoice processing, TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial documentation while ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and audit readiness.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Enter all purchase invoices accurately and completely on a daily basis in Tally.
2. Reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
3. Ensure accurate booking and deduction of TDS at the time of purchase invoice entry as per statutory regulations.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) Deliverables:

1. Maintain prompt and accurate accounting of Sophos purchases along with complete TDS booking.
2. Perform daily Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
3. Handle daily cheque deposits and coordinate with bank representatives.
4. Process Journal Vouchers (JV) for expense bookings and payment entries across Satcom Hercules entities.
5. Manage physical filing, indexing, and maintenance of cash and bank vouchers for audit readiness.

Key Competencies:

1. Proficiency in Tally.
2. Knowledge of Statutory Compliance (TDS).
3. Experience in Bank Reconciliation.
4. Strong document management and audit preparedness skills.
5. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
