Skills & Experience Required

• Processing invoices and payments
• Reconciling accounts and managing overdue payments
• Handling customer and supplier account enquiries
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies
• High volume payroll (end-to-end)
• General administration and office support
• Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable
• Fast, accurate data entry skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Confident using Microsoft Office across all applications

Some roles may require clearances, such as a Working with Children Check, NDIS clearance, Police Clearance, and up-to-date vaccinations (in the aged care/allied health industries).
