Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our dynamic team at Arbury Motor Group in the West Midlands. This role is vital for supporting our finance operations and enhancing customer interactions, contributing directly to our mission of providing outstanding service both internally and externally. If successful we would want to support an Degree Apprenticeship and as such the candidate needs to meet the needs of the Degree Apprenticeship programme

Responsibilities.

• Creating and sending sales invoices
• Matching, batching, and coding purchase invoices
• Checking for discrepancies
• Reconciling bank statements with company records
• Investigating and resolving discrepancieS
• Filing paperwork
• Organizing and maintaining financial records
• Answering emails or calls related to finance queries
• Helping prepare monthly financial reports
