What they need
Basic up to $3,200 + AWS+ VB 1 Year Contract
Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Location: Jurong East
AL: 14 Days
Responsibilities
- Follow up with managers on LOA submissions and update data in Excel.
- Calculate figures based on quotations/contracts and prepare invoices.
- Generate monthly sales reports from Globe3.
- Prepare PivotTables to track manager sales and submit reports to the Chief Operations Manager.
- Perform other basic accounting and administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
- Good Excel skills and pivot table
