Accounts Assistant (AR)

Job Purpose:
As an Accounts Assistant (AR), you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping across both functions. This role is essential to our operational efficiency and directly supports the broader financial objectives of the company.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes accurately and on time
• Liaise with the sales team on billing matters
• Assist in preparing and entering receipts into the system
• Assist in checking bank statements and collections
• Prepare AR aging report and highlight overdue accounts
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma / LCCI / Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience (fresh grads are welcome)
• Good in Excel and basic accounting systems
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
