Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities :-

1.          Handle Account Payable (To prepare payment for creditors and other expenses).

2.          Handle Account Receivable (To monitor and follow-up customer’s payment).

3.          Assisting in accounts, director claims, receipts issuing.

4.          Assisting in year-end audit.

5.          Upkeep of accounts filing.

6.          To prepare monthly Payroll.

7.          Undertaking any other accounts and administration related duties as requested.

Requirements  :

1.          Minimum Diploma in Accounting or LCCI, Advance Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.

2.          Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in handling accounts works.

3.          Familiar with accounting software and computer literate.

4.          Able to work independently and to work under pressure to meet all closing deadline.

5.          Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

6.          Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

7.          Available to start work IMMEDIATELY.
