What they need
Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).
Record and maintain accounting transactions in the accounting system.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Assist in monthly account closing and preparation of management reports.
Prepare monthly aging reports and monitor outstanding balances.
Assist in audit, tax and statutory compliance matters.
Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Tanggungjawab:
Mengendalikan akaun penuh termasuk Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) dan General Ledger (GL).
Merekod dan menyelenggara transaksi kewangan dalam sistem perakaunan.
Melaksanakan penyelarasan bank (Bank Reconciliation) setiap bulan.
Membantu dalam penutupan akaun bulanan dan penyediaan laporan kewangan.
Menyediakan laporan aging bulanan serta memantau hutang tertunggak.
Membantu dalam urusan audit, percukaian dan pematuhan statutori.
Menyimpan rekod perakaunan dan sistem pemfailan yang teratur.
Melaksanakan tugas-tugas ad hoc yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
