ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in handling daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly account closing.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Support in preparing financial reports and management reports.
• Assist with audit, tax submission, and statutory compliance when required.
• Coordinate with other departments on billing and payment matters.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years working experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and financial records.
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
