Accounts Assistant

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? We are partnering with our client who are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Emu Plains on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role:

This position offers 24 hours per week, with flexibility around how those hours are worked. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance function and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable processing
• Accounts Receivable management
• Invoice processing and reconciliation
• Following up outstanding payments
• Data entry and record maintenance
• General accounts and administration support

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in bothAccounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
