Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Key in non-trade invoices into the SAP system.
• Prepare payments to non-trade vendors.
• Prepare monthly schedules and reports.
• Prepare and maintain Concessionaire Sales Reports.
• Clear GRIR (Goods Received/Invoice Received) open items.
• Process staff claims and reimbursements.
• Prepare Roadshow Sales Reports.
• Handle E-Creations accounts (subsidiary company).
• Prepare and process E-Creations tax payments.
• Prepare and process E-Creations vendor payments.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Independent, responsible, committed and self initiative.
