ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilites:

• Perform monthly vendors and accounting reconciliation.
• Responsible for overall day to day accounting and admin function include preparing payment voucher, cash voucher, purchase order, printing invoices, perform banking transaction and etc.
• Ensure timely correctness of processing to all vendors and claim.
• Ensure timely reporting for all required report (daily and monthly)
• Data Entry, documentation and filling for all related transaction.
• To assist Senior on their day to day operation.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Must be a team player with global thinking attitude.
• Willing to work extra hours.
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL Accounting Software.
• Preferably Junior Executive Level specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Batu Maung and posses own transport.
• Full time position available.
