Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and transaction posting in SQL Accounting system
• Assist in journal entries preparation and documentation
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts (AP/AR support)
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger matching
• Support data migration to SQL and verification
• Assist in MHub billing and reconciliation with SQL records
• Support e-invoicing preparation and submission
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and traceable
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks timely
• Highlight discrepancies to superior for review
• Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1–2 years experience in property development / construction field (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting system preferred
• Basic Excel skills
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Able to follow instructions and work systematically
• Willing to learn and improve
