Accounts Assistant

1. Managed the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
2. Prepared and submitted SST filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
3. Maintained accurate bookkeeping records and processed daily financial transactions.
4. Prepared customer invoices, delivery orders (DOs), and payment documents while supporting daily accounting operations.
5. Updated financial reports, accounting records, and ledger entries.
6. Performed general accounting, administrative, and clerical duties.
7. Handled correspondence with customers and suppliers via phone and email.
8. Assisted with month-end closing and other ad hoc accounting tasks.

What we're looking for

• Prefer: Malaysia-based candidate with full working rights and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, processes, and workplace requirements.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative roles are preferred.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with handling full set accounts and SST.
