Accounts Assistant

Prime Function:

Under general supervision, support the Vitaland Group Financial Reporting team in ensuring the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of fixed asset control, inventory costing, and daily transactions. Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and the preparation of financial statements and accounting reports.

Main Duties:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly, interim, and year-end financial reports, including financial analysis.
• Assist with daily Capex transactions, including Capex applications, maintenance of the fixed asset register, Capex budgeting, cash flow tracking, and physical asset counts.
• Support daily inventory and fixed asset transactions and assist in inventory and asset management.
• Conduct month-end and year-end stock takes.
• Assist in annual budgeting, five-year planning, forecasting, audit coordination, and tax filing.
• Support interim reviews, year-end audits, tax matters, and other accounting or finance-related issues.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirememnts:

• Diploma or above in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficient in MS application, especially in Excel.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Responsible, independent, and self-motivated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
