Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Accountant Assistant with 5–6 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of Tally. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, handling entries, and supporting the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
• Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers and accounting records.
• Reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other routine accounting-related work.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounts-related matters.
• Support senior accountants in regular accounting and reporting activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
• Good communication, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage day-to-day accounting work independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
