Accounts Assistant

We are a third-party logistics (3PL) company providing reliable and efficient transport solutions for a wide range of cargo, including containerised, project, and special handling shipments. We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant (Billing) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices
• Ensure all invoices are complete and reflect correct amounts, terms, and conditions
• Prepare credit notes with proper supporting documentation
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform departmental administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply; candidates with 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation
