ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform basic accounting duties, including billing processing and data entry.
• Maintain accurate billing, inventory, and stock movement records.
• Prepare and complete monthly stock movement reports within the required deadlines.
• Ensure proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting records.
• Assist with other ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM or LCCI.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
