Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to support the daily accounting and finance operations of the company. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, good organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and financial documents.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.
• Perform data entry and update accounting systems regularly.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support audits and other finance-related activities when required.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments on finance matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
