Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel & zoho .
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
