Accounts Assistant 会计助理

Industry: Automotive Spare Parts / Engine Oil
Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Sat: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM; Willing to work 5 ½ days a week
Attendance & Punctuality: Great attendance and focus on arriving early
Nearest Public Transport: MRT2, Sentul Barat Station (5-minute walk)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting tasks
• Organize and manage accounting documents and records
• Process transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments quickly and accurately
• Help prepare financial reports (monthly and yearly)
• Support accounting projects and tasks as assigned
• Follow company rules and accounting guidelines
• Handle sensitive financial information with care
• Perform other related duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum Secondary School/SPM, Certificate, Diploma, Degree or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive data
