Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Maintain the general ledger, record daily journal entries, and track accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers to clear payment discrepancies.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file statutory returns including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly and yearly balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Audit Support: Organize financial records, invoices, and ledgers to assist internal and external audits.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, advanced MS Excel.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of Indian tax laws, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting standards.
• Soft Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, extreme attention to detail, and good verbal communication.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
