What they need
· Update daily AR Collection Report
· Daily key in & knock off official receipt for Key Account
· Prepare AR Credit Note /Debit N if any
· Request payment detail from customer eg: payment voucher, payment advice, bank in slip
· Follow up with customer if MISPAYMENT, account overdue
· Prepare Reminder Letter via email or courier
· Filing all the document, eg: bank in slip, CN/DN & etc
· Send Monthly Credit Note (A&P) to Sales Team to verify
· to check and verify cheque from Calculation Team
· Print monthly debtor aging
