📌 Job Responsibilities

·         Assist in full set of accounts compilation for multiple entities.

·         Perform bookkeeping and maintain daily accounting records.

·         Prepare payment vouchers, payment listings, and process supplier invoices.

·         Monitor petty cash, staff claims and perform bank reconciliation.

·         Check and tally creditors’ statements.

·         Prepare sales invoices, cash sales, and statement of accounts.

·         Assist in month-end closing, account finalization, and year-end audit schedules.

·         Liaise directly with tax agents and auditors for submission of accounts, SST, e-invoicing, and tax purposes.

·         Prepare documents for SST, e-invoicing, audit and taxation purposes.

·         Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and suppliers.

·         Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

🎓 Requirements

·         Diploma in Accounting or related field.

·         Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in full set accounts preferred.

·         Experience handling multiple companies and dealing with tax agents/auditors is an advantage.

·         Exposure to different industries is a plus: farming, retail, mining, quarry, hostel, logging.

·         Basic accounting knowledge and strong computer skills.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

·         Knowledge in accounting software is an advantage.

·         Familiar with SST, e-invoicing, and Malaysian tax/audit requirements preferred.

·         Responsible, committed, and willing to learn.

·         Able to work independently and in a team.

·         Location: Must be based in Kelantan / willing to work in Kota Bharu.
